Surgical and non-surgical procedures in Frozen Shoulder - 

The majority of frozen shoulders resolve on their own within 12 to 18 months. Other therapies for severe or chronic symptoms include:

Injections of steroids. Injecting corticosteroids into the shoulder joint may help reduce discomfort and increase shoulder mobility, particularly if done immediately after the onset of frozen shoulder.

Hydrodilatation. Injecting sterile water into the joint capsule may expand the tissue and make movement easier. This is occasionally used in conjunction with a steroid injection.

Manipulation of the shoulders. This operation uses a medicine known as a general anesthesia, which renders you unconscious and painless. The care provider will then rotate the shoulder joint in various directions to assist relax the constricted tissue.

Surgery. Frozen shoulder surgery is uncommon. Surgery, on the other hand, may remove scar tissue from within the shoulder joint if nothing else works. Typically, this surgery entails creating small incisions for small tools that are directed by a tiny camera within the joint (arthroscopy).
